AODA – Feedback Procedures

Payment Source is always looking for ways to improve upon our accessibility. Your feedback is appreciated and we invite and welcome feedback from individuals with disabilities (including customers, employees and the public) about how we are supporting accessibility in our workplace, in the delivery of our service and in our customer service. Individuals who wish to provide feedback, have comments or suggestions or inquiries on our Accessibility can do so by any of the following ways:


Fill in and submit the online version of our Feedback Form by completing in full and hitting the “Submit” button.


You may drop off the attached form to our reception area at our Head Office located at 365 Evans Avenue, Suite 301, Toronto, ON, M8Z1K2. Hard copies of the feedback form are available at our reception. For more information, ask to speak to a representative from Human Resources.
