The 2022 Star Women in Convenience (SWIC) Awards is the first and only convenience store industry awards program in Canada that recognizes exceptional women making a difference and demonstrating commitment, innovation and leadership. Now in its fifth year, the program celebrates the integral role women play in the convenience and gas sector. Winners were chosen following an industry-wide call for nominations: Nominators were asked to illustrate the candidate's innovation, leadership, financial and strategic accomplishments, as well as exceptional performance.

Heather was awarded this recognition due to keen relationship management skills. Heather simply will do whatever is possible to find a successful solution for her customers. Her overall program management provides immense value to her clients and to the company.
