As the Director of Sales and Customer Service, Rebecca is a seasoned professional whose honesty and integrity help her build and maintain lasting relationships with both employees and clients. She has over 23 years of experience in a Customer Service/Sales role and is passionate about providing value to her clients so they can better run their business. She gets truly excited and passionate about the fact that we are creating a ‘customer stickiness’ culture for our retailers to enjoy repeat business. From Niagara Falls, Rebecca works out of our Toronto location and enjoys her daily commute to and from the office!
When it comes to what she enjoys most about the prepaid industry, that answer is easy. Rebecca enjoys getting to know and work with retailers, vendors and key accounts. Rebecca truly believes that the customer comes first. She will do whatever she can to provide the best quality service to her customers and is constantly looking to provide the best possible solution.
On a personal note, Rebecca enjoys competing in triathlons. And has completed 2 13km competitions and 4 sprints between 25.5km to 38km.
